Livingstone Morrison

Mr. Livingstone Morrison is the Deputy Governor of the Bank of Jamaica with responsibility for Administration and Technical Services, Finance and Technology and Payment System and Risk Management. He joined the staff of the Bank of Jamaica in 1982 and worked for several years in the Financial Institutions Supervisory Division. Between 1998 and 2002, Mr. Morrison served as the Division Chief of the Finance and Technology Division, with core responsibilities for strategic management of the accounting, finance, and information and communication technology functions of the Bank. In 2011, he assumed responsibility for the Administration and Technical Services Division in addition to the Finance and Technology and Payment System and Risk Management Division. 

Mr. Morrison serves as the Chairman of the Regulatory and Market Oversight Committee of the Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) and is a Director of the Jamaica Central Securities Depository Limited as well as the JCSD Trustee Services Limited (both subsidiaries of the JSE).

Mr. Morrison holds a Masters degree in Accounting. form the University of Oxford and is also a graduate of the University of the West Indies.
