Refund & Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please ensure you register for the correct Event and choose the add ons and accommodation relevant to your requirements. Should you require assistance at any time please do not hesitate to contact us via email or phone 61 3 8658 9530 prior to finalising your registration.

Refunds are not payable if you simply change your mind, however if your circumstances change please contact us immediately via email or phone 61 3 8658 9530 to amend your registration or associated requirements.

Should your circumstances change and you are unable to attend an Event, you must contact us by no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the Event. A cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply to cover costs incurred in relation to your registration. Should you cancel less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the Event, no refund will be payable.

 

 

*Important note (Blockchain start up pricing)

Blockchain start-up pricing is only available to approved applicants who qualify as individuals directly employed by, or owners of, businesses developing blockchain based products with less than 10 employees and that have been registered with an ACN/ABN (or international equivalent) for less than 3 years. This pricing is not available to consultants or analysts. Qualification for this pricing is at the sole discretion of the ADC Forum. In order to be accepted for the special start-up rate you will first need to register and pay for your registration. ADC Forum will then contact you for further information and proof of entitlement and confirm whether the application has been approved. Please note that applications close two weeks out from the commencement of the event.
