Matthew is an accomplished senior executive and social impact entrepreneur in the fintech and blockchain industry. Matthew is CoFounder and CMO of the social impact blockchain company Uulala, which is a complete financial ecosystem in production that includes B2B, B2C realtime cross border payouts, instant P2P money transfers, QR Code payment system, mobile wallet, virtual and physical cards, microfinancing and an international blockchain based credit scoring system. Matthew holds a B.S. in Biology and Marketing from Loyola University Maryland; and an Executive M.B.A. from Washington State University with a focus on innovations in crowdfunding. Matthew also holds multiple certifications in strategic board service including long-term growth, M&A strategy, cyber security, SEC compliance, strategic communications, pre-IPO planning, and financial statement interpretation.
Matthew has been instrumental in expanding fintech and blockchain adoption through global partnerships with NGOs, governments, faith-based organizations and non-profits.
